THIS IS HOW
I MADE IT

About Me

Sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing soccer year-round and continued competing throughout my athletic career. I also played softball until eighth grade, which helped build the foundation for my love of athletics, teamwork, and competition. Through sports, I learned discipline, resilience, and the value of pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible.

But athletics also brought challenges. Throughout my journey as an athlete, I experienced difficult struggles with mental health. There were moments when balancing performance, pressure, and personal challenges felt overwhelming. What helped me most during those times was being part of a team — having support, structure, and people around me who understood the ups and downs that come with sports and life.

Those experiences shaped who I am today and inspired the path I’m pursuing professionally.

I recently graduated and am continuing my education at Colby-Sawyer College, where I will begin my master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning this fall. This past spring, I had the opportunity to work with Boston University as a Strength and Conditioning Intern, gaining hands-on experience helping athletes improve performance, build confidence, and stay healthy both physically and mentally.

Now, as I work toward becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and continue growing as a personal trainer and coach, my goal is bigger than helping people get stronger physically. I want to create an environment where athletes and clients feel supported, motivated, and empowered — because I know firsthand how much having the right support system can change someone’s life.

Fitness and sports are about more than performance. They’re about building confidence, overcoming obstacles, and becoming the strongest version of yourself — mentally and physically. That’s the kind of impact I hope to make with every person I work with.

"To get into sports… it gives your body a purpose, shows what it can do and what it's capable of, and it's not just something that is for others to judge."
